- add armor components to row mouse over, with totals in total

weaponlist: add sharpness popup for mobile
...
Tooltips don't work on mobile, since there isn't a 'mouse over'.
This exposes the numeric sharpness data in a popup div if a user
'clicks' on one of the sharpness cells.
